What happens if I don’t like something I ordered? Can I return a product I have ordered online?
Absolutely! We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied.
If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
We can only process returns for items purchased on dlclabs.com. For DLC orders placed through other online retailers or purchased at physical stores, please contact their customer service department.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org us prior to returning your order to indicate why you are returning the product (we are always looking to improve our products, and your feedback is valuable!) and if you would like a refund or to exchange the item.

Make sure your return address is clearly marked on the exterior of the package and / or enclose a note inside the box with identifying information. Please note that return shipping charges are not refundable.
We also recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (tracking number), so you can track your shipment back to us.
We will notify you by email once we receive your return package.
If you chose to exchange a product for the same item: no new payment is required. We will send the new item within 48 hours after you receive the notification email.
If you chose to have a refund: the full payment will typically appear on your account within 5-10 business days after you receive the notification email.
