Which stores sell DLC products?

Our products are sold throughout the US at major drug store and supermarket chains as well as many independent retail stores.

The individual product pages on this site contain a lot of detailed information including description, features, how to use, list of ingredients and more.

Are product samples or free products available?

We want you to be a happy customer, and for us this also means giving you the opportunity to try some other DLC products you may not have heard about!

That’s why we include a free travel size jar and often free trial sachets in each order. The trial sachets you will get with your order may vary, as they are rotating, and we are continuously adding new ones to our product range.

We also offer our travel sizes for sale on our site; check out the ā€œTravel Sizeā€ section under the SHOP menu.

Where are DLC products made?

While we source ingredients and packaging components both domestically and globally, nearly all DLC products are made or packed in our FDA-regulated facility in California.

How long are DLC products expected to last?

Our products are sold throughout the US at major drug store and supermarket chains as well as many independent retail stores.

All of our over-the-counter (OTC) products and dietary supplement items include a Best By or expiration date on the package. Best By and expiration dates for products you order from our website will typically be from 1 ½ to 3 years.

Some of our products do not have best buy or expiration dates. These should last for several years if stored in normal room temperature conditions. Our website is the best source for the freshest DLC products since we ship straight from our production / warehouse facility.

Do you use preservatives in your products?

In some, yes. All products containing water must use preservatives to prevent fungus, bacteria and mold growth. We carefully select them to maximize the safety and effectiveness of the specific product. While there is controversy about some preservatives, it’s important to note that we of course follow international guidelines on the maximum percentages for safe use. Our ointments, oils and salves do not contain water and, therefore, no preservatives are used in most of these items.

Are there any deals or discounts available for DLC products?

To start, we offer an immediate 20% discount for new web customers upon joining our mailing list.

To make it easier to try DLC products, we also periodically offer coupons and other promotions on our homepage.

Orders
What happens if the item I want is out of stock?

Although this rarely happens, we can notify you as soon as the product is back on stock. Just click on the button ā€œNotify Meā€ that appears on the out-of-stock product page, enter your email address and wait to hear back from us!

As an option, the item may be readily available at a nearby retail store. You can check on our Store/Product Locator tool on our homepage

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Once an order is placed, it is not possible to revise it or include a promo code. Please be sure all order details are correct before completing your transaction.

If you wish to cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@dlclabs.com. If you would like to change the address or credit card information, please ask us to cancel your original order and then place a new one. Please note we usually ship orders within 48 hours.

After you receive the item, you may return it for refund or exchange if desired. Please refer to our refund & exchange policy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is shipped. All shipments have tracking numbers that will be included in the email. Please note that ground shipments will take longer than air shipments. Our flammable products cannot ship by air.

Can I change my billing information?

Yes, that’s possible before the order is placed. Log in to your account and go to the Your Information section. You can revise Billing Address and Payment Information there. Please note your order will not go through if your billing address is incorrect.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, before the order is placed Log in to your account and go to the Your Information section. You can revise your Shipping Address there.

Can I purchase an item by calling DLC instead of ordering online?

Yes, we will gladly take your order by phone, but please note the minimum order for free shipping is $50 because of higher transaction costs.

Payments
Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax applies to all orders billed or shipped to a California address.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Is the payment information I submit fully secure on your website?

Yes, we utilize a variety of security measures to protect the safety of your personal information. These include using a secure server, SSL technology and encrypted payment gateway protections.

After a transaction, your credit card information will not be stored on our servers. In addition, we never make customer information available to third-party vendors.

Can I use a coupon or promo code at checkout?

Yes, just enter the information where indicated when you check out. It is not possible to redeem a paper coupon intended for use in brick and mortar stores on our site.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?

We ship to all 50 states as well as US territories. Shipping to the 48 contiguous states is free for orders over $20 (not including sales tax).

All orders going to Alaska, Hawaii or US territories will incur shipping charges based on weight.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Just make sure your order is over $20 and that it will be shipping to one of the 48 contiguous states.

For orders less than $20, the shipping cost will be indicated in your cart.

What shipping options do I have?

We use UPS and USPS. You will see your shipping options on the checkout page.

Do you ship internationally?
No, at the moment we currently sell and ship only in the USA and its territories. If you are an international customer, the good news is that you can still buy some of our products through iHerb.com, our reliable online retailer that is able to ship our products to over 180 countries. iHerb.com is also translated in 12 languages, accepts over 69 currencies with over 35 payment methods, and uses over 50 different direct shipping methods.

How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

We typically send out orders from our warehouse within 2 business days. Allow a few more days for the shipping carrier to deliver the order to you. You can track your order with the tracking number we provide you in the order confirmation email. Please note we cannot offer a guaranteed delivery date unless you select an expedited shipment method with an arrival date confirmed by the carrier.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Can all DLC items ship by air?

No. Flammable items must be sent by ground due to shipping regulations.

Returns & Exchanges
What happens if I don’t like something I ordered? Can I return a product I have ordered online?

Absolutely! We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

We can only process returns for items purchased on dlclabs.com. For DLC orders placed through other online retailers or purchased at physical stores, please contact their customer service department.

Please email us at info@dlclabs.com us prior to returning your order to indicate why you are returning the product (we are always looking to improve our products, and your feedback is valuable!) and if you would like a refund or to exchange the item.

Make sure your return address is clearly marked on the exterior of the package and / or enclose a note inside the box with identifying information. Please note that return shipping charges are not refundable.

We also recommend that you use a traceable ground shipping method (tracking number), so you can track your shipment back to us.

We will notify you by email once we receive your return package.

If you chose to exchange a product for the same item: no new payment is required. We will send the new item within 48 hours after you receive the notification email.

If you chose to have a refund: the full payment will typically appear on your account within 5-10 business days after you receive the notification email.

Animal Testing
Do you test on animals?

No, we don’t test any of our products on animals. We love our furry friends and take the humane treatment of animals personally.

We are also committed to make every De La Cruz product effective and safe to use. That’s why we work with third-party testing laboratories to properly assess the efficacy and safety of many of our products on human volunteers.

Are you products available in stores in China?

No, they are not. China has required animal testing for many years. As we are against animal testing, we do not allow our products to be sold in Chinese stores.
