De La Cruz® Vitamin E Oil 15,000 IU 2.2 FL. OZ. (65 mL)

$6.99

Say hello to your new oil for hydrated, supple and glowing skin!

Our Vitamin E Oil blend contains organic Safflower oil and is packed with 15,000 IU of the antioxidant Vitamin E to help moisturize dry and rough skin. The addition of Safflower oil makes it much less sticky than pure Vitamin E oil and more suitable for use on the body.

Our blend is high in oleic fatty acids that help to build the skin’s natural oil barrier. It’s a light and non-greasy oil that absorbs quickly and is a good choice for sensitive skin as it doesn’t clog pores.

FAQ
What's the best way to store my oil?

We recommend you store the product at room temperature, with the cap tightly closed. Avoid direct sunlight and heat sources. These measures will help extend the quality of the oil.

What is the expiration date?

Although we don't put an expiration date on most of our oils, they typically remain usable for topical use for at least 2-3 years after bottling, unless stated otherwise. See our storage recommendations to maximize quality of the oil.

Can the oil go rancid?

Carrier oils may become rancid gradually as time goes on. The time frame for rancidity can vary depending on the type of oil and storage conditions, especially temperature and light. The oxidation rate for our blend will be relatively slow because we use high oleic Safflower oil; this variety is high in monounsaturated fats and much more stable than standard Safflower oil.

How is your Vitamin E Oil made?

Our Vitamin E Oil is a combination of Organic Expeller Pressed Safflower Oil and Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E). Safflower oil is expeller-pressed, meaning a mechanical press physically compresses the seeds, causing the crude oil to run. This method of extraction is a greener and more traditional way of making oil because it doesn't use any chemical additives (solvents), meaning no chemical residues.

What source is your Vitamin E from?

Our Vitamin E Oil is a synthetic material.

Can the oil be heated?

We do not recommend you heat carrier oils or blends unless it's necessary for specific applications. The oxidation or rancidity of the carrier oil will speed up due to high temperature.

Can the oil be ingested?

No, it is for topical use only.

What happens if I don't replace the cap on the bottle?

When carrier oils remain open without the cap, oxidation will occur more quickly.

Is there any added fragrance?

No.

Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply to wounds or irritated skin.
